The article deals with the results of evaluation and selection black currant varieties from Leningrad POOS (IAEP - branch FNAC VIM) in order to form an industrial assortment suitable for machine cleaning. During study, it was found that Yadrenaya Gulliver retain their strength longer when overripe are less exposed cracking skin. As experiment showed, this is due increased indicators crushing force varieties. With mechanized harvesting, completeness removal berries directly depends on separation force, indicator than 50 g. there a shedding berries, more 150 poorly separated stalk or separated, but partial damage structure, which reduces quantity quality berry picking. result conducted research, most harvesting recommended currant: Binar, Ocharovanie, Iskushenie, Peek-a-boo, Gulliver, Bagheera. coefficient calculated by us these 1.5.
